It has been a year, and my Wife and I has not received our wedding album, what can we do?

We got married on 08/05/06. Approved our proofs in October. We have been in constant contact with the photographer, and we have been receiving the run around i.e. canceling appointments and not answering/returning calls ever since. And have been told on two different occasions, that the "lab" has had problems with the layouts.

Answers:
Wow, visit a lawyer, get one of them free consultations, most will write a letter that comes from their office ( looks real scary) for about 50 to 100 bucks. Tell them that if they don't choke up the pictures you want them to pay for a new wedding and honeymoon. (I'm sure woman would love that)

I never had that problem because my Dad does all of are wedding, birth of our children, grandchildren, and now great Grandchildren pictures. He's never missed a pixel yet and works for coffee.

My wife and I have the same problem! Who is your photographer? Email me.
Hon, that is what Small Claims court is for! Figure on how much he owes you and take him to court.
OK
the clear answer
the pictures are ruined and they don't want to tell you
They hope you will just go away (or get divorced in the interim)
To find out for sure have your attorney write them a letter demanding them - cost you about $100
Good luck
