How much money should you be recieving from McDonalds if you are a minor and work under labor laws?
I know many children works at McDonald and I really do not know what the big deal is beside it being their first job. What does McDonald offer, benefits, pay for minors, and whats so great about it?

Nothing is great about it. OOoooOOoo A McDonald scholarship. yea right, who would want that? No one ever smiles there, and there's more grease on the employees faces than the fryer. so...at all costs.avoid this job.

It's a job. Someone has to do it. You shouldn't put a person down because of the place they work.
They pay at least minimum wage and also tend to offer college scholarships to alot of their student employees.
Minimum wage varies by state. Federal is currently $5.85 per hour. There are 5 states that have no minimum wage and another 5 that are lower than the federal - others are at or above. Benefits always vary with the type of job, full-time, part-time, etc. and you cannot discriminate wages on age, Um...what's so great about what?
I believe you have to obtain a worker's permit,and it shows how long you can work .But you can find the information on the website US Labor Laws! It's good to begin your work history and make your own money.McDonald's for many is not a career choice.But it's a good way of building your resume' for a better job somewhere else.Try not to skip around, be on time and be responsible .It's small change,to some but it'll be your own money!
