has anyone been in trouble for underage drinking.if so, what all does the judge ask you, how long does it take, and what are the consequnces.im 16 years old..

since your a minor you aren't gonna go to jail but you may be sent to a rehabilition center

She was caught DUI, got her drivers license suspended, told to take substance abuse education. She paid no attention to the judge, got caught again.
Well you can avoid jail if you do pay attention to the judge.
