Justice iftikhar's reinstatement,lawyers movement in Pakistan and its effect on other countries?

The whole struggle for the supremecy of law,do you guys(i am especially intrested on what Indians think)think this is the first step of something new?And supreme courts abroad would follow the Pakistani example?

People all over the world are happy that the fundamenal rights envisaged in the Constitution is safe guarded by the judiciary by the reinstatement of Justice Iftikhar even in countries like Pakistan where the rulers are dictators


Reinstatement of Justice Iftikhar means Pakistan believes in uphoding the basic fundamentals of law and justice.In other words the judiciary in Pakistan is free of any political pressure.That is a good sign for a country often accused of dictatorship.
Surprise that there is an actual Supreme Court in naPakistan.
Pakistan is a problem country- ruled by the reiguos clergy
it nver effect other countries.
