Adult video's on the internet of amature couples or spy cams . what is the view of the people who have had

there images put on the internet for all to see and yet they did not consent to this . most often it seems to be revenge of a ex boyfriend who puts a video of ex girl friend and him having sex on the internet . what does this do and what is the legal conserns regarding this . this seems to be rather common.

Answers:
It's unfortunate, but I really have no sympathy for them. Simply don't let anybody take photos or videos of you in compromising positions, you never know where they may end up.


If it was posted without their consent, I'd think they'd be furious. Legally, I'd think that theft would be an issue.

in my state the video is not illegal but the voice is. although the last case i heard of it was nearly impossible to prove you did not allow the tape to be made at the time and changed your mind later so it is ladies beware
