Is there a law for the state of michigan requiring a person 18 or older to take a lunch by the 6th hour?

NO.. In fact if you and your employer agree that you dont want to take a lunch.. you dont have to.. you are required 20 minutes of break for an 8 hour shift though.

That's going to be the determining factor here, not just your age.
I know there is in PA, and it pisses me off. I have to sit here and not get paid for 30 mins cause some idiot lawmaker was afraid i can't handle 8 hours in a row?
Yes and I believe it is a federal labor law.
