Does anyone know how to get a business liecense ... what branch of the city of government handles that?
Answers:
depents on where you live. just go to the courthouse, stop someone who works there and ask. In my county, the County Clerk handles the registration of business names.
Joey if you live in an incorporated city the city would issue the license, if you live in an unincorporated area it would be a county or what ever local agency is in "control" of the region you serve.
