Does anyone know about prison overcrowding in oklahoma?
Answers:
With the so-called war on meth going on. Our prisons are full of people who do not belong there. The newspapers report the large numbers of women but never mention everyone else. Women are rarely imprisoned for this crime so you can imagine the number of men. The police love to put men in jail for this because they know about the sexual effects of meth. They like to use the old high school ploy of "put out, get out". Top this with the fact that they can't get ssssy or $$$$ if men are in competition with them.. I was arrested for possession of CDS (1/2 GRAM), the report from the OSBI lab says there was a dust covered baggy. THINGS THAT MAKE YOU GO, HMMM?? The average sentence for a man is about 22 yrs., or in real life about 7 yrs. time. The real war on meth is because the law gets nothing. Oklahoma has more corrupt cops than criminals. But, how else are they gonna cry, CRIME IS RAMPANT, WE NEED MONEY? Aren't the legal entities tax-payer funded? So are the rest of the countries problems. 86 the legal community BS 90% of our problems will be gone.
I am from Oklahoma but I haven't heard anything about the problem lately. I'm sure it is an ongoing issue as in most states.
