Advice on making up an affidavit for the state of michigan?

It has to do with the terms of entry in a lease being upheld. The local smokey thinks its trespassing without permission, while lawyers and state police say that the lease governs the situation. One suggested that an affidavit might help dissuade the local from making a mistake. I need to know the legal requirements or guidelines for a general affidavit in the state of michigan. any websites would be helpful as well. Thanks
