Without hiring a consultant, what is the best way for a senior citizen to choose a prescription plan?

If my mom had the money to hire a consultant to help her figure out what prescription plan she needs at the age of 75, she would be able to afford any plan. I appreciate your help, but for God's sake, isn't there some kind of website to plug in the info of her age, state and rx's to find out the best plan? there should be

It's very difficult. The real question she has to answer for herself is what drugs she needs, and which plans offer the best coverage of those drugs.
