Looking for henchmen in Oakland?
If I was looking for 'little helpers' to get even with people,
like leaving a turd in front of a store that wronged me, or throw eggs at someone's car (eggs not rocks) or give my noisy neighbors a little 'push' to move out.If I was looking for someone to do that...for let's say some pocket money.
No blood, no property damage.
Would that be illegal?

Ya hiring people to harass others is wrong. Basically if you want to harass others just do it yourself.

Yes i would advise against it, if they get caught you will get charged as an a accessory to the crime committed.
Well, if you were looking for this, I'm assuming you'd be smarter than to talk about it on the internet. Or not. Either way, don't be such a coward. You wanna harrass people, do it yourself and face the consequences of such actions.
Public nuisance, destruction of private property, possible assult, possible battery, racketeering, conspiracy, etc. Those are just the criminal violations. You will also have your a** sued of while you sit in jail and/or prison.
