Legisltion for racial harrasment?

No. That's the problem with this country, no matter what it is, SOMEONE ALWAYS turns it and makes it a 'racial issue' instead of dealing with it as just an issue.

Unfortunately this is still only regarded as a civil issue in the US, and you better have witnesses to back up what you say happened.

At least in other countries, there actually is legislation regarding racial harrasment, making it a real crime.
Please clarify what your question actually is. I might then be able to help as i deal with this sort of thing regularly.
