Court, how do challenge!?
Can I challenge my company, ie take them to court for what I believe in, will it cost me ? can I get legal aid, please answers appreciated.

if UK... most solicitors will give you a free 1/2 consultation. but it will depend on the challenge. In most cases it will require you to give the job up and have them under constructive dismissal. if you win, then you will ether be offered your job back or be compensated for loss of earnings..
It will cost you, because you will have to pay the costs of your lawsuit. Even if you win, you usually do not automatically recover your costs in many types of cases -- they would come out of whatever amount you won.
As far as "challenging" your company -- you can only file a lawsuit if you can set forth some claim available at law -- breach of contract, tort action, statutory violation, etc. -- that entitles you to relief. What you believe isn't an issue -- what they did (or did not do) to you is what the claim is based on.
You are not very explicit about what your cause of action may be. You probably won't be able to get any financial help unless you are unionised or you have been the victim of some kind of discrimination, in which case perhaps the EOC may be able to help. http://www.eoc.org.uk/default.aspx?page=...
