Statute of Limitations?

What is the statute of limitations for grand theft auto?

Answers:
That depends on the state. Grand theft anything is a felony and the statute of limitations would be somewhere between ten and twenty years. There are many different factors in setting a limitation, like how long and who was investigated and where the perpetrator went to after the crime. There is also generally some room for a civil suit.

Can't speak to other states, but it's five (5) years in Texas.
