I am looking for information on mailing restrictions and regulations regarding Canada to Cuba. Anyone?

Answers:
Depends where you live. If you're in the U.S., your government has all kinds of dumb restrictions. They even confiscated a cigar I'd mailed to a friend, telling him he had to pay $100 or whatever for the "contraband."

If you're anywhere else though, like Canada, the restrictions on mail to Cuba are the same as to any country -- obvious stuff like no munitions, booze or animals. I've mailed a basketball and shoes to Cuba, no problems (other than that it takes over a month to get to the recipient).
