Answers:
I am not sure what you mean by certified. Usually you need to have photocopies "certified" by a lawyer to proove the copy is a true copy and has not been tampered with.

If your documents are original, I would ask the school to certifiy it by using their "corporate seal".

To be sure, contact your government office and make sure you have exactly what you need to travel.

Try asking your local education authority. They are part of your local Council.

You could also try to contact AQA the exams board - they have offices in Manchester or Guildford.

Both those organisations should be able to help you.
If you have the original documents you can take them to a lawyer who can make copies and apend his/her signature and seal to verify them as true copies of the original documents. It shouldn't cost much.

If you do not have your originals your local education department can send you certified copies for a fee.
