How do you report a woman posing as a minister collecting monies from the poor for personal profit and fraud.?

Women who are posing as ministers, pastor and evangilists
and collecting fees and funds in the name of God.Yet they are
NOT credible,they are fake and phoney.How do you expose
these fakes,where do you report them?

Answers:
The District Attorney's office in the area where these people live would be a very good start.

If they are going door to door, there is probably a town ordinance either prohibiting solicitation, or requiring a license.

If She is operating out of a "chapel" she probably does have some sort of certificate of Ordination. You can get one too
