Help dismissed from work unfairly need help with appeal letter?

hiya iv been dismissed from imployment for no good reason and they havent followed the three step procedure letter meeting appeal they dismissed me with 2 hours left of the day. i recieved a letter after dimassal but no meeting to forward my views. i now require help with writing a forwarding letter to POWERGEN explaining how i have been unfairly treated and that they havent followed proper procdure. i hope this makes sense can anyone help with a template letter please. i was sacked for saying a fellow members sweets were stale... yet two months previous a complaint ws raised after fellow collegues were racially and sexualyy targeted yet nothing was done . please any help im in the uk thanks

Employment law does protect your rights, but only if you have been with the company for a certain period of time.

You can get help from your union, but if you are not a member, the citizens advice bureau can help.

Hopefully they didn't hire you as a proof reader.
