Someone Recommend A Healthcare Website Concerning Disadvantaged People!??

Well, I'm not looking for any particular health website. I want a place where people debate why disadvantaged people are denied because they don't have health insurance!!

These hospitals are the Shriners Hospitals for Children, and again there are 22 of them in the USA, Canada and Mexico. They specialize in Orthopedics, Spinal, Clef Lip and Palate, as well as Acute and Chronic Burn Care. They do thousands of free operations a year, and never get a dime in insurance money.
