How the fees of the Arbitrator is determined under Act 26 of 1996?



Answers:
Arbitrator is entitled to fix his fees as deemed fit. He may hear both the parties before fixing the same. He can require the parties to deposit their moiety, in advance. If the Respondent(s) refuse(s) to pay, the Claimant can pay and get it awarded, at the end.
