My Fiance has a compelling question about parental rights and needs help?
Her X husband had visitation rights with joint custody, with her being thye custodial parent. He went to jail on a sex offenders charge of video tapping a minor while she was bathing. He is now on the National Sex Offenders List. The question is,"Does he still have rights to his kids as a parent after commiting this crime? We can't afford a lawyer for information and maybe a kind sole will come out to help us.

yes go to your local court house and file a parental rights and resposiblities form to get full custody i had the same situation with my ex
If he was convicted of a sex crime involving a minor he isn't allowed unsupervised visits. Go back to the family court judge that granted the visitation and joint custody and have it modified.
