I got fired?

Idid not feel good at the beginning of my shift. Manager anounced breakI I was getting worse while at the parking lot. when I layed on my driver's seat I fainted. din't even know where I was finally, an associate helped me get up to to walk back inside the building .
suddenly the assistance manager had told me I had more work to do. he also was looking for me . I did tell her that I am sick that's the reason why I could not come earlier than that therefore I want to go home. he said you have to finish your work. then he turned around and said never mind I fire you for stealing company time anyway. without any warning. what should I do

I would speak to your manager, re-explain your situation and tell her that you will take the time off of your time card. The issue, as I see it is that you were fired for stealing company time, however you were not given the opportunity to correct your time card which you could have done before you left work. I would let your manager know this and if he does not give you your job back take your case to the state labor board.

Most states require an employer to have documentation that shows a history of stealing time, insubordination or what ever reason they use, the only time they don't need documentation is in a general reduction in work force (general layoff)

Apparently they think you went out to the parking lot to take a nap. And it sure sounds like that's what you did.

You'll need to prove you were ill in order to either get your job back or sue.

Should have told him you were sick at the beginning. Now that it came out later, it sounds more like an excuse.
well what you can do is...ask your employer why he made this decision and remind him that you where sick. more and likely he will give you your job back.
