When is a female legal in the state of Louisiana?

In the state of Louisiana the laws are somewhat different because we have the napoleonic code. Some argue that females are legal age and are not "Jail-Bait" at the age of 17 while others remain firn in their belief that the legal age is 18. Can anyone please answer this long feud? I would love to finally know the answer for myself!

Every state is different, and many state laws differ within the same state based on the gender of BOTH partners.

I believe the legal age in all 50 states is 18.
i think 18 but just to be safte wait till 19 or 20
