Do you believe in any of 9/11 conspiracy theories?
While I think that the government had an idea of what might happen, and certainly could've taken more precuations pre-9/11, it's all hindsight and I really can't believe that many American people working for the governing would knowingly kill three thousand civilians. Is there any real convincing evidence? I'm not a huge fan of our government, I know they do illegal things all the time, but I think to say 9/11 was caused by Americans is a pretty low blow.

i don't believe in any of them. their advocates are all haters of America [God alone knows why] and are grasping at any straw at all to try and support their thesis that America is corrupt and should be replaced with their benevolent rule. [Castro's 'benevolent' rule is their role model ... or perhaps Pol Pot's.]
As the government having an idea that it was possible -- that's obviously a positive. Tom Clancy published a book depicting how the US Congress could be wiped out using a fuel laden airliner some three years before. Any defense analyst with half a brain knew it could be done.
{By the way, Bill Clinton was President of the United States when Mr. Clancy's book came out. Has anyone ever heard of any added precautions being taken? I haven't either.}

It is a digustingly low blow. As much as you hate our government or our president how can people say this. I am like you. There is no evidence to support these theories unless you believe Rosie and say that a fire set in a building can melt steel. Get real. Has to be much hotter Rosie.
No I don't. But, we are a merchantile economy and folks are perfectly within their rights to meet the millinery needs of the tin foil hat wearers.

All of the conspiracy theorist spouting all the unfounded charges and yet not one of them has ever produced even one government conspirator. It would have take hundreds of people to pull off what they say happened.
Yes, I do believe in one of the 9/11 conspiracy theories.
The one that states a bunch of psychopathic Muslim extremist terrorists hijacked 4 commercial airliners, flew two of them into the the WTC, one into the Pentagon, and another into a field in Pennsyvania after having their asses kicked by some pissed-off passengers who were willing to die to save others.
I think there is quite a bit of evidence pointing to this consipiracy as opposed to some of the other "theories" I have seen.
I believe SOMETHING was up...I won't say it was the government though. I think maybe there were bombs in the buildings BUT I think it was probably the terrorists who put them there. I dislike the current administration but to think they could intentionally kill thousands of US citizens and take out three buildings is too much of a stretch.
Two men can keep a secret, if one of them are dead. To believe that a conspiracy like this, involving all the news teams there at the time not to mention the hundreds of others it would have taken, could possibly have taken place is pure fancy. And to believe that no one has decided to be a whistle blower is even more unrealistic.
Especially when you consider that 3 out of 4 of the major news networks are decidedly left leaning liberal media who would love nothing more then to expose the administration in something like this.
Ridiculous. And as for the 'fire don't melt steel"..Um, how do they smelt it then? And didn't a gas truck catch on fire and melt an overpass not long ago, containing regular gas and not jet fuel which burns much hotter? (not to mention these were full tanks of jet fuel).
And the nose could easily have gone through the glass office part of the building intact, while the wings (which i believe hold most of the fuel, correct me if i am wrong) exploded behind it.
The real conspiracy is the lunatics like Rosie O'Donnell who HATE our president so much, they would blame him for dinosaur extinction and the JFK assassination if they could.
And they have no problem lying, cheating or tampering with tapes to support their claims i guarantee you.
Besides that ,, if their wasnt any plane to hit like some have claimed, what about the hundred of eyewitnesses on teh ground?
And where DID those planes go that were hijacked with hundred of people on board? Get real man.
We did not need that kind of excuse to go to war. They tried to blow up this same building before under a different administration, remember? And dont foget the US embassy's bombing, the USS Cole, and so on and so on.
Nope. I believe the Administration is just really that inept.
