In my humble opnion, instead of having fancy court rooms they need to just replace it with a washable floor... when the guilty verdict comes back and he's sentenced to death, the bailiff walks over and puts a bullet in the back of his head... then they hose down the area... Next!

No way. He didn't let the people kill leave, therefor, they should live. All they are going to do is waste the tax payers money to provide him free food and shelter for killing people.

I feel strongly that they should be put to death. I feel that they should be shot to death by a victims capable family member, if they should choose so. If the family does not want that death on their conscience, then a volunteer should be used as proxy. High powered rifle at 25 yards, in the head, 3 shots.
