How can sprint do that ?
I have had sprint for 5 yrs and never once had a problem and always paid my bill on time. but now i am going round and round with these people, THEY screwed up my plan i asked them to fix it and they did but they charged me 200.00 bucks to do so well i canceled my phone and I set up monthly payments until i can pay them off well they keep calling me asking me if i want to pay it off i told them i would if i could thats why i set up monthly payments well he tells me that i will continue to get these phone calls and that i will be charged a late fee every month its not paid in full. well how can you ever pay it off if they keep adding to it I mean dude even asked me if i could borow the money. This mess is all their doing in the first place. i will never get them paid off if they keep adding on i can not understand this logic. is there anything that can be done to help my self.

I've lost a total of 1400 bucks through three different cell phone companies because of lax government oversight; Sprint, Cingular and Cellular One. Best thing to do is like I did. Go down to your civil court, file a lawsuit against them, and then go to arbitration. What fee the court decides will be the final settlement. Then do away with cell phones and when they send you an offer in the mail (and credit card offers too), shred it and send it back in the postage free envelope. Then they have to pay for postage and the wasted time for the idiot opening them.
