Who would I talk to in this situtuation or do?
I am a neo-pagan,wiccan to be specific. I work for walmart and just recently changed departements. I have had my days off changed three times in the last month to fit the other two girl's schedules. Even though the one woman is new, and I'm the only one sent to grocery to zone. Yes I came from there but I have no ties to that department. The people I'm supposed to help are running around not helping anyone.Starting to feel like i have no hope. any adivce is appriciated.

It doesn't seem to me to be outright discrimination, at least not from what you described.
If they're not allowed to do that (check your employee handbook and contracts), maybe they just think you're a pushover. In other words, just tell them that you want a set schedule, and you're tired of your schedule being changed to accomodate others with less seniority.
If you have actual proof of them mistreating you solely based on your religious preference, you have a good case.
What exactly are you asking? Do you feel you are being discriminated against because of your religion (just asking because you mentioned it)? Do you want to know who to go to to report a complaint because you feel no one else in the department is doing their job?
Any complaint that you have can be taken first to the supervisor of the department. If you get no satisfaction from them, then go to the manager of the store. I have found that most of the managers of Wal Mart are very easy to talk to and will take your complaint to heart and look into the situation.
Does this Walmart have a sporting goods sections with a gun case??....
Your religion may have nothing to do with your work situation.
I am sure you are aware that there are a lot of ignorant people out there who probably think you are a Satanist.
My advice to you is to keep your religion out of work place, irrespective of what other people do, and to check with Human Resources or Personnel of your Employer with your concerns.
When you signed on you agreed to follow their rules. They have done nothing illegal. If you don't like it, you have the option of quitting. They have the option of firing you, without reason.

If you're asking whether this is religious discrimination, you haven't stated anything that would indicate such. (and if that isn't what you're asking, I have no idea why you're bringing up your religion to begin with) Just because you're Wiccan and your supervisor dislikes you (if that's the case) doesn't suggest that the supervisor has anything against Wicca.
