Tshirt hole after 2 months... can it be returned?

I bought a Levis T-shirt from Debenhams 2 months ago, and have just noticed that a hole has appeared on the neck seam, where the stitching has come away.

What is the likelihood of getting a refund/exchange on this?

Answers:
I'm no expert, but if it has only been two months I would personally expect a refund cause that points to poor workmanship. It would probably be up to the stoor, But like I said, I'm no expert.

Highly unlikely I'd say.
You can try. Contact the manufacturer and describe the problem. They will probably send you several new T's, free.

Take it back and don't take no for an answer.

Be polite, point out that you love their clothing and it's always of the highest quality, so you are especially surprised this one has a whole in it. All you'd like is to exchange it for a similar item of the same value.

If the person says no, nicely say "I understand you're following policy. Could I please talk to someone who has the authority to make this exchange?"

Be nice, be firm, and you'll get what you want.
Try it. Don't be nasty or rude; that won't help. Take it back and tell them what happened and show them. Give them the receipt if you still have it or explain that you believe that Levis is such a good product, generally, that you didn't think you'd need to return it. See what happens.

I worked at a woman's store a couple of years back and saw them take a faded skirt back that looked like it had gotten caught in a car door when it ripped. They also took underwear back, which is illegal in Pennsylvania to resell, but they wash it and give it to charity. So, they may take it back. Try and good luck!
Very unlikely. Most stores have a 30-day return policy.
after 2 months, give it up
Not likely. Usually you have 30 days to make a return. After 2 months you can expect wear and tear like that.
Highly unlikely, normal wear and tear especially at a vulnerable point, which is constantly being stretched, over your head. Sorry but you can always try!
yes take it back unless it a spliff burn then you got no chance
