Its not against the law to have sex right?

if ur like young a teen and also is ur lover(same age).he cant get sued right?
statutory rape is just if u have a sexual relationship with an older or younger person?

Answers:
depends on the country you are from. most sexual relations between partners of the same age are ignored but if they are too young there might be problems. some laws state the age of consent regardless of the age of the partner

In some places, it is, however if you have to ask this question, you may well be too young to take such a big step.
If you are a minor(under the age of 18, without parent's consent), it doesn't matter how old he is, it's still statutory rape. Stop screwing around.
The laws actually vary state by state. Usually, if both parties are under the limit, then consensual sex is ok. The law often comes down hard when person is above the limit and one is below. You really have to check your own state laws though (one consequence, neither good nor bad per se, of a nation of united but partially independent states).
It is not against the law as long as you are the same age
Statutory rape is the crime of sex with a minor under the age of consent (AOC), the age at which individuals are considered competent to give consent to sexual conduct. Statutory rape differs from other types of rape in that overt force or threat need not be present. By law (statute), any such sexual activity is assumed to be coercive since the minor is considered by law to be incapable of giving consent to the acts.

Age of consent is usually the age at which an individual can legally have intercourse with an adult, but in some jurisdictions the AOC establishes the minimum age of sexual conduct with anyone, regardless of age. In jurisdictions with the latter, it would be possible to charge two minors with a violation of the state's AOC.
it not againt the law to have sex you have to be 16 or over for girl's to have sex! if you under the age your boyfriend can go to jail! but if you going to, dont get caught by your parent's
I belived that it's legal, but im assuming your talking 12-14. You would have to check you'r states law on sex, try googling or yahooing it. I hope it was safe sex now ;)
looking for an excuse to do it before the time? never have sex until you are 17 and above. best, never do it until you are married. too many stds on the streets these days.
wrong
Okay, sex is an adult activity, right? I think we can all agree on that. So you seem to think you're adult enough to engage in it, so you must think you are an adult. Okay, maybe you are, I wouldn't be a fit judge based on a few dozen written words. What I do know is that adults can talke to other adults about adult subjects. If you can't talk to another adult about sex, you're not yet adult enough to participate in it. All you're going to get here is "Sure it's okay" and "Don't do it" and possibly "call me and let's hook up."

Get some real information, not just the laws, not just the physical implications, but also the emotional aspects. Sex has a lot of potentially long term consequences, it would be a good idea to know what they are, first.
People should use their dictionaries more often.

Sex are defined as: coitus (union between a male and female sex organ), otherwise regarded as "intercourse" between sex organs of a male and a female.
