If the FBI breaks your door down, do they pay to repair it?

I can guarantee you if the FBI breaks down your door, whether or not they're pay for it is the least of your worries.
You may not even have a house to worry about if you go to prison.

If it's the right door, no. They have to knock, acknowledge themselves and if still no answer they have the right to knock your door down.
I think if the FBI breaks your door down you have a lot more problems than worrying to get your door fixed.

No. It's part of their duty as agents and they owe you nothing. They'll claim, "line of duty" and leave you with a busted door and torn up home.

If they are raiding your house for a legal reason, say a drug bust, no, they won't pay to repair it.
If, they are supposed to be raiding the neighbor's house and mistake yours, they should pay for it.
Not if they have probable cause. You'd be SOL.
If they didn't, then they could be sued to get the money.
If you are innocent, yes the government is responsible for repairs to your property.

Any law man here want to fess up? I thought not. Anytime that any agency kicks in your door, tears up your proprey, STEALS your propery, whether they have a warrant or not, they will never pay. They are said to be immune if they feel it was justified. And you can bet that they will say your grass was the same color as the person they were really after. That sidewalk went through your yard too didn't it? Until we as a society stand up and say we've seen more than we will tolerate then they will constantly screw you over. They've searched my home twice in a month and still never found what they claim was the reason for the search, oh yeah they had NO WARRANT EITHER, but the court doesn't care YET. I intend to make them all eat the same sufferage that was placed upon me & mine. You will have an even harder time finding a lawyer that will do anything either. It was well over 2 yrs. before my atty caught the cop in the same BS and hooked me up with the proper channel. He only cost me about $50,000. WHAT A BARGAIN, huh?
