Has a new law been passed regarding the refusal of mothers to honour contact orders..?

Answer:
no its not legal at all. and in regards to the other persons answer( which didn't even answer the question.) i think moms are alot sneaker then men because courts usualy give into single mother situations and they can get away with more crap like not allowing contact with the father and what not.

Dad's do it too, I didn't see my mum for 3 years because my dad said she didn't want to see us, truth was he snatched us from her and hid us for all that time, when she got us back I saw all the letters she had written to us but could never send.
Dads do it too.
