Disturbing the Peace question??
Someone told me that if the cops come to your property a set amount of times for disturbing the peace after curfew hours, they can have your landlord evict you. If that true? And if so, how many times do the cops have to come in order for that to happen? I live in California.?

Your landlord will decide to evict you long before the police will.
I would worry about your landlord.
Unless you have a lease you are a month to month tenant.
That means your landlord can evict you with a 30 day notice for any reason or no reason.
Your neighbors can sue both you and your landlord in small claims court for up to $7,500 in damages for disturbing the peace.
If your landlord starts receivng notices that he is being sued in small claims court because you are disturbing the peace he will probably give you a 30 day notice.
If your neighbors are calling the police to report you for disturbing the peace, I guarantee you they are also planning to sue your landlord in small claims court.
Better consult an attorney.
Live in peace and you won't have that on your mind. Or move away from people, they aren't good and the ones we are suppose to trust are the ones you can't trust.
First of all, I'm not aware of any curfew laws in California. There are local ordinances about noise after 10 p.m. in a lot of areas, but there isn't a set number of times they can come before you get evicted. It won't affect your landlord -- if he or she wanted to, you could be evicted after the cops come once.
In my neighborhood...it only takes one call from the cops to proceed with eviction.
