Jose padilla co defendants.. is the verdict fair?
how with such a monkey trial ( at best like the mcarthyism) can a jury resonably convict the two codefendants, evidence was lacking and quite frankly this is going to cost more as they appeal ( and hope fully win!) What do you think? no flame or rude language as I will report you!

it was a very weak case that they had against padilla, im not surprised by the verdict, how would it look if he were to be set free, it would simply kill the war effort.
Sure, they were in Afghanistan training at Al-Quada cooking schools, because they wanted to be Chiefs.
