Did anyone get a spam from BlueMountain.com but it's really from aasgx@oak.zero.ad.jp?

I know this is a spam because it's not Bluemountain.com it's whatever *.jp. So bogus.

Can I sue for wasting my time reading bogus email?

Answers:
I've gotten about a hundred of them the past few weeks, though not all with the BlueMountain name. I never knew I had so many fans/lovers/friends/colleagues...

Sure, you can sue, Sue. Anybody can sue anybody for anything. But it's winning that counts.

yup..got a bunch of them over the course of a couple days not only bluemountain but other "card" companies also..they have slowed down over the past day
You would need to know who to sue, and where to send the court papers. You wouldn't sue for wasting your time, but for the virus that infects your computer that caused damage.
