How come big companys get away with bullying you when theres nothing you can do about it even tho its not your fault

I am with you sweetie. I worked for a company alled brewers fayre for many years and was bullied by managers, so bad infact that I had to leave due to a nervous break down. I am only just getting over it. Please don't stay where you are not appreciated. you are too important and life is too short. Look at online job centre and go to as many job agancies for advice etc as you can and good luck to you. X

No, it's not fair. However life is often not fair and we have to cope. If you can change something, then do. If you can't change it then either put up with it or walk away.
bully from what perspective? are you a customer, an employee, or a business partner?
Also, if you don't like the company you can avoid them. Get a new job, shop elsewhere, etc. You won't put them out of business but at least you can feel better about where your money is going.

i've never had a problem before... plus if they do bully me i just put it on disney channel, and leave the phone there so they can get annoyed by w/e tv show is on...

Well if you signed a contract you should honour it, if THEY are not honouring their side then yes you have a valid case.

Lets face it, the big companies pour millions into the economy, therefore, they are much more important to the government than you or me. The bullying of people will continue because the power they yield will continue, the issue of fairness is irrelevant because of this.

No, it's not fair. Write to them and copy in newspapers and the ombudsman. If they are out of order they'll compensate you in the end. But only once you've smashed up your phone and torn out all your hair trying.
If they bully you make sure you tell the most senior person in Human Resources. If you then take your case to a tribunal that manager will have to give evidence and will probably commit perjury. When you get the decision from the tribunal create a website and put all the details on the site. You can be sure you won't be bullied again.
It also helps if you can say you are being bullied becaus of your race, religion, gender, disability, age etc.

Yeah they totally do but there is not much that can be done because our culture penalizes individuals but allows big companies all the freedom in the world you seem to be realizing now that UK and US culture is actually run by big companies its a totall illusion that we run society
