Will my friend be arrested using craigslist erotic?
He knows nothing about it but just played around.
He called one girl on craigslist erotic and asked what serivice does she provide?
G:''Massage"
H:"anything else?"
G:"Only massage,what's your name?Live alone?"
H:"XXXX, no sex? do you provide sex?"
G:"sorry no sex"
H:"massage is good, will u come?"

I thought he is an idiot to ask such questions. Will he be arrested by implying sex intention? However, they didn't meet.

No, its only illegal if there is the exchange of monies or she was underage.
If he hasn't been arrested yet then chances are he won't be.
Unless there is an overt illegal act, such as prostitution or inappropriate sexual acts with a minor, no. Talking about it is not a crime. Unless again, it is with a minor.
No he won't be arrested. But give him a slap for being so foolish and tell him to get a life.
