How can i find out how many hours a city employee has been working?
AM TRYING TO FIND OUT HOW MANY HOURS A CITY EMPLOYEE HAS BEEN WORKING ,TO DETERMINE IF THIS PERSON IS NEGLECTING PARENTAL DUTIES(SAYING THEY ARE WORKING DOUBLE SHIFTS ,AND NOT SPENDING TIME WITH THE CHILDREN)

Stop flaming. If you have a right to know, then you already know how to find out. Otherwise you are stalking.
If it's like the Army Corps of Engineers*, we worked from 10 to 16 hours a day, some times more, but only 8 ever showed up on the payckeck.
That sort of thing is even more common the last 7 years.

Go to the City Manager's office and ask. In most places, public employee records are public. They're making a living off our taxes, after all.
Until you know the whole situation, do not get involved unless you see signs of neglect, children staying out all night, their malnourished or they look like they have not had a bath in days. I would like to know your relationship to this family and if there is more than one parent in the home. If your concerns are genuine than you can contact Child Protective Services, but make sure you have your facts straight.
Mind your own business, sounds like that person's workin' their keester off to support their kids. If you're REALLY concerned,consider helping them in some way,( we are all God's children)
