10 years.no early parole allowed, there is no reason to abort a child when there are sooooo many willing to adopt.
The entire issue should be left up to the individual States.
The same amount of time you should serve if you refused to donate blood and thus were recklessly responsible for someone's death.
It's the exact same situation -- your refusal to provide life-sustaining fluids from your body resulted in death.
I answered this already today..the woman gets NO time in prison, the male pig that impregnated her gets castrated, and the judge and D.A. get sent away for one year or until they learn to respect women's rights
