Is Salvia divinorum completely legal?
I have been researching it and I just wanted to know like could i go to school on it or something and not get anything because its not illegal?

Not only that, but it'll also give "the man" an excuse to MAKE it illegal. Besides, it's not a recreational plant-- it's better used in quiet solitude with one or two sitters of course...
Yes, it's totally legal in MOST of the world. There are 6 states in the US and a smattering of countries that have criminalized it, but that doesn't mean you can bring it to school. Schools tend to have their own sets of rules about mind-altering substances. They may ban ANY mind-altering substances in the rulebooks, legal or not.

if your 18 you can do it. but even if your not 18 as long as you do it before you go in school and dont bring it inside they cant stop you
