Who i might suppost to sue??
Question Details: i went to the dr, to get my birth control shot and they ask me if i was pregnant, and i told them that i didnt know so they did a pregnancy test which it was negative so after that i got x- rays and all that stuff after it has been like a 3 weeks and i didnt had my period so i was concern about it and i decide to make a pregnancy test which now it was positive i did it twice and then i went to the hospital to confirm if i was really pregnant so i was i might suppost to sue??

Am I reading this right?? You want to sue the Dr because his test at the time of your last visit showed you were not pregnant OR you want to sue because the shots ( I am assuming you have been taking them for awhile) did not stop you from becoming pregnant.
If either is correct do the following:
1. Read the documentation of the shots you were taking.. Is there anything in them that states this shot is 100 percent effective...I have to believe there is a disclaimer in there somewhere.. If not, contact a lawyer..
Yourself! The doctor did all available test to determine your condition. You should have waited to get your period and completed the cycle before going to the doctor and requesting a birth control injection. You have a responsibility to know about birth control and appropriate management. The public should become educated about their own health.
What did you tell the doctor about your last date of sexual activity, birth control method used, and if any "accidents" that might have happened? Get real!!!
