i need some advice in immigration but i need to be sure that i am not going to be wasting my money, so does any one knows a website where you can get a lawyer advice for free?

There are many people asking law questions right here on freelawanswer.com . It's about the best website I have come across for legal questions. The folks at USCIS are also very helpful.
Most legit lawyers aren't going to do business over websites. Hire a lawyer and go in person. Lawyers that advertise online consultations are almost always scam artists.
Hm. Lawyers are below the status of prostitutes. They are the greediest bunch of humans to walk this planet. Probably a couple of one-night stands with an immigration lawyer will give you what you want to know. I know lawyers...

To the poster below, you are correct. It is against the Cannons to give advice on line without some kind of understanding of the facts. Free is good. We all do that from time to time. But ANY lawyer who offers advice to people on line without all the facts...and really even with the so called facts...has an ethics problem. Now I may give general information. And I think that's fine. But when your information is case specific, you are on a very slippery slope. And possibly subject to disbarment.
