Is their any way to stop packages that are being sent out internationally?
i sent the item usps, the reson i'm asking is because i sold a item on ebay and the person who bought it pulled off an elaborate scheme with pay pal reciptes and everthing so being prompt i sent the item as soon as i got the recipt. to make things short i got ripped off and now usps is telling me that i can't get my package back because it internationl. any help would be be great thank you

If the post office cannot tag the item (they all have bar codes) to make it undeliverable there's nothing else you can do. Always wait to ship until funds have cleared - buyers don't mind.

Thing is - once it leaves the country it goes into another postal system - the US Post Office doesn't handle the delivery of the items. It's a government agency! You might attempt contacting the postal service in the country you're sending the parcel to - they may have some recourse available.
You should contact eBay pronto and report the user, however.
