What can I do if my landlords are negligent and refuse to treat toxic mold?

In the state of Nevada, what are my legal rights as a tenant with negligent landlords failing to do basic repairs, electrical repairs, and Stachybotrys remediation for level 3 and four growth as determined by lab that is present in more than 3/4 of the house?

Answers:
report your lanlord to the Housing authorities and Health government agency in your state. you can use the result of the test of your apartment as evidence to bring a lawsuit against your landlord. in additional, ask if your neigbhors have similar problem so together you can bring a claim. if you have suffered from headaches or other health problems you may save your medical record and also dates and number of times you tried to contact your landlord to resolve the problem.

Move out and get a new place.
Smoke a bowl, nd just sit there dude, trust me.
I would move. If the house has mold, making it uninhabitable, I would not want to live there. Report it to the health department, and they may just have the house condemned.

Dont pay the rent, and move!
Go see an attorney immediately. They are violating the statutory Warranty of Habitability, and may be criminally liable as well as civilly liable to you.
I have listed the EPA department for the state of Nevada below. CONTACT THEM!
