What is a rite to work state?

Answers:
Not sure. Is it anything like a "right to work state?"

a right to work state really means a "a right to fire" state. you can be fired for ANY reason, even if they don't like your shoelaces.
see link
"Rite to work", it's a misnomer. This is a state where employees don't have any of the protections afforded by a labor union. You can be fired with no right to appeal that decision. You aren't guaranteed health care, paid vacation, or even sick leave. Louisiana is one such state. There is a GM plant here. The employees there brought their United Auto Worker's Union with them but that's about the only one in the state.
One all they have to pay you is below federal & state wages like $ 2.70. an hour they ck your tips etc, its bull s----t all Dennys workers are that way in Arizona and many other resturants
How can any one make a living on 2 dollors an hour ?? well next time you visit a state that is a rite to work , make sure you tip her under the table ok ,,
most of these jobs have a big turn over and are always looking for help ,, Its a law that needs to change ,, period..
MOST OF THE OWNERS OF THESE PLACES ARE GREEDY because they know someone is always looking for a job ,, beware , its like working for a sweat shop ,, and it really is come down to it ,, Slavery ,, was gone all time ago ? Thats where it came from
