Is there a noise level law in CT?
u know how cars turn their sound systems up read loud is that againest the law from a certain time to a certain time in CT

Contact your local city council, and be a louder pain in the backside than the thumpers out there, and have them get the police motivated to do something about them.
I wish you luck. Personally, I would like to find a device to fry these cretins electrical systems.
