HELP!U.S. citizen/Japan resident wants to start Import/Export business. HELP!!?
Bear with me.. .Ok . My little brother is a U.S. citizen and a Resident of Japan. He want to start a Import/Export business ,shipping goods from the U.S. and receiving them in Japan and selling mainly hardware, non-perishable goods. Now ,we were really just wondering about the paperwork / laws involved with each country. Does he have to have a
U.S. business license? A Japanese business license? No license?? Where would he need to pay taxes? Both countries? Neither?
I think we may need an English to Japanese translator too so if youre out there Please Help . If anybody knows someone in the IRS(in a good way=D) maybe they know... Please full answers only, short useless answers trying to gain points may end up getting a thumbs down ,,sorry, . Feel free to copy and paste to someone in the know =D. Peace
