well i live with my mother but rather live with my grandmother and im only 11 so waht is the legal age i can live with my grandma

there are no legal age for that. Your grandmother just need to be granted ownership of you (not as a slave, as an like a grandfather can keep his grandson.
Whatever the age is where you can "emancipate" yourself in your state... you can decide who you want to live with... if they will let you move in.

Until then... your parents get to choose for you.

Note that your grandmother may seem like she has less strict rules when you are just visiting... but your mother probably bases her rules on what the rules were when she was growing up. So plan on your grandmother being MORE STRICT THAN YOUR MOTHER if you do get to move in her place.
here in oklahoma where i live at the age of 12 you can choose who you want and if the courts and welfare systems think that person is capable of keeping you then you can. good luck.
