How can i deport my husband?
He's been working there for almost 3 yrs from now. He's last employer is Lanesborough last nov 2004. And he was not able to work on his working permit and it was granted only for 2 yrs only. When he was fired at Lanesborough his work permit is no longer valid. But still, he is working and hiding in London wihout proper work permit. He even don't give as enogh financial support to our kids and he wont let them enroll to school?

Sorry not quite understanding (but I want to) do you want him deported back? if so I don't believe if your already married it doesn't work like that. America is different & if the marriage hasen't worked out before 3years they can be deported back but here once your marriaged then they can stay.

Who bought your computer and pays your Internet connection every month? Can you not get a job and support yourself or does the government do that? Why cant you enrol them at school? or are you a wind up merchant.
But because u have posted your question under this category, solutions u are looking for are such as; fighting the problem, not the person - especially when this person is a father to your children! Do u realise u r hiding behind your own family to district your potentials? Under which law is it said that it is only the man who will provide for the family?
