?Why am I made to suffer as the victim of petty crime?
My car was broken into and my handbag was taken (my fault I should not of left it there) it contained £7 in cash, as the window was smashed that cost me £50, new had bag and wallet £25, new driving liecense £22, plus my reading glasses not much change out of £200.OK I was foolish but will the villians ever be caught I do not think so and if so will they be made to suffer and if so will they care?
Answers:
I had my car broken into a few years ago now while I was inside a supermarket - during the day too so it was broad daylight!! They stole my sterio, and I was distraught. Its not just the fact that they took it, its that someone I didnt know had been searching through my car.
Anyway, got police down who took finger prints off the car etc. And I'm pleased to tell you that the little bugger got caught! It wasnt for about a year later - he got caught doing the same thing to someone else (matched the fingerprints), but I was so pleased that he did get caught.
So what im saying is that there is a chance they will get caught if you had your car fingerprinted.
Are they made to suffer -NO. most of the time they get a slap on the wrist - stupid law system!!
The karma will get them.Just like someone else that I don't know...
put it down to experience..there isnt much you can do about it now, sadly. what goes around..comes around remember!
No, they probably won't get caught and even if they do they will only get a slap on the wrist. And the only one who cares is you, they probably do it all the time.
Such is todays society, the more we try the harder it gets.
sorry to hear about your car.they probably won't get caught it happend to me to when l took my dogs for a walk.drove to the local park took dogs 4 a walk came back window was smashed, they never even took anything out of my car cos there was nothing to take so they just did it for fun but it cost me money to.kids have no respect these days they don't understand the importance of money and they never got caught.keep smiling.
My car was broken in to a couple of months ago and it is such a horrible experience. Like you, they didn't exactly take thousands of pounds worth of stuff, but it's not the money, it's the feeling of violation.
When the police did eventually bother to turn up to finger print the car it was a bit of a relief. I guess the little gits haven't been caught yet because I've not been informed about any prosectiion- but they are on the system now. So, if they get arrested for anything else- they will get prosecuted for that as well as breaking into my car. It's what the newspapers mean when they say "Joe Bloggs asked for 90 other offences to be considered".
Justice will prevail eventually I'm sure
Because you contributed to the crime by your negligence, you have been told time and time again in newspapers on Tv and radio , "do not leave anything of value in your car", Insurance companies are right to refuse cover if you are silly enough to encourage crime.
I would like to bet you don't do it again!
typical victims are made to feel worse than the criminal. people who do good? should realise what it means for a thief to take one`s belongings. do as they do in Arab countries-chop their hands off. they wouldn`t steal again.
unfortunately they most likely will get away with it and also they dont care, otherwise they wouldn't have done it, but they are too pathetic to earn what they have so they have to take it from the people who do. At least you know your a better person than them
The same reason crime victims here in the US suffer , if you noticed about the time Clinton was in power , those who wanted to be police officers went in to the field of " Law Enforcement " after Liberal Rule ,and the birth of the ACLU , it is now called a Degree in "Criminal Justice" , just as the ACLU stands for "American Civil Liberties Union" but based on their actions they are actually the American Criminals Liberty Union , Both Nations have lost their way , everyone is so worried about the humane and proper treatment of the criminal and never think about the suffering of the victim , H*ll in America's Northern States with liberal judges you can molest a child , and only get a few weeks community service ( cleaning parks that more children play in) and the Victims get a hand shake and the words " I am sorry for your loss" by the Preacher.were in the h*ll is the justice , Criminal justice is nothing but Victim Suffering...
i went on holiday left my car outside my sister in laws someone hit my car when she was out not only did they not to try to find out who's car it was they just run away they wrote my car off now i have to pay double the amount of insurance now cause they wrote it off, bet your life they had no insurance them self that's why they ran off, in cases like that i think the insurance company should be a bit lenient, and surprising no one saw anything, thing is how many cars have these people wrote off and its people like us that have to pay when they are out there somewhere driving about
There is so many of these little filthy dirty scumbags about I'm afraid. They do not fear getting caught because there are no proper police on the streets and even if they are caught they don't go to prison and serve a proper sentence like they should.
I have had my car broken into twice when it has been parked outside my front door!! I put a steering lock on it every time I leave it and I never leave valuables on show. It is a sad state of affairs, these scumbags should be strung up by their genitals from a lampost.
It is a totally stupid situation, where in many cases, like yours, the victim suffers far more than those that carry out the crime. This is what makes it so easy for people to carry out and get away with petty crime. If they are caught, they may get a warning, or a few months community service, and the money from selling the goods they stole. The victim, however, just has to shell out more money.
I doubt they will be made to suffer, and I'm quite sure they really don't care.
They need to punished for sure. I sometimes think, as we are now in Afghanistan, we should buy cheap Heroin and give it out to the users. This would minimise greatly their need for money and save the rest of us a mountain of stress and anger.
unlikely they will be caught or care prison has 3 meals a day a bed and a roof plus most people who go to prison have friends there so where is the punishment. prison is to easy.
bet you wont be leaving your bag in sight any more, will you?
