What is the worst thing that can happen in court if you are charged with DUI reckless Driving and no seatbelt?

Answers:
The correct answer to this question will vary from one state to the next. But one thing is always true: If this happend to you, get an attorney ASAP.

The penalties for driving under the influence will vary depending on the state in which the citation was issued, and your recent history as it relates to such charges. If the state has a statutory law such that the judge hearing your case has no room to maneuver in her/his interpretation of your offense, the penalties are simply what the legislature dictates they are.

In most states, this means you'll lose your license for a period of time, and pay a lofty fine. Sometimes the judge has the discretion of issuing a fine or sentencing you to time in jail (often if you can't pay your fine, or if you do not pay it in the deadline prescribed by the judge).

If you're lucky, your judge will have the discretion to hear your case on an individual bases and rule without being bound by statutory law. In this case, you'd be much better off if you had an attorney.

the worse would be jail but not likey will be a big fine lose lic
It depends on your record. IF you have an extensive record of DUI you can have a lifetime license suspension plus jail time plus heavy fines.

How about next time you just call a cab, ok?
Probably a little jail time, fines, lose of liscense, most states is a year. And attending a DUI driving school, community service. And all of this costs money.
6 months suspension of driver license, seatbelt violation, probably 75 dollars or better , court costs and DUI school and a defensive drivers course in the period after 6 months.
Depending on the state you can land in jail, and/or pay a big fine, have your license suspended or revoked depending on how many offenses you have. The seatbelt is the least of your problems. The reckless driving will add points to your license, your auto insurance will be extremely high and you may need an SR22.

I agree, next time call a cab, friend or family member. And remember, you and the other people on the road are lucky to be alive.
I'm praying that you lose you license, go to jail, and get a huge fine. I'm sick and tired of hearing my husband's pager go off in the middle of the night because some drunk caused a accident. Actually I think the judge should sentence you to a ride along with the Fire Dept. so you can experience how its like to cut out a dead body out of a twisted car because someone like you had to drive drunk.
